Each entry states what was actually done, when, and from which source — a verbatim quote and a link where the check read a page, a screenshot where the rig ran a checkout, and nothing at all where the check was a registry or hosting lookup that produces no artefact. Nothing is staged, dead codes are reported as dead, and no entry claims more than its evidence shows. The same feed is embedded as machine-readable schema.org DataFeed JSON-LD for AI agents.
