IVEI (I Value Every Idea) is an Indian design-led lifestyle brand that sells handcrafted wooden products. Founded in 2013 by Navya Agarwal, the company began by combining product design with the craftsmanship of carpenters from Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. Its catalogue covers workspace items such as wooden desk organizers, calendars, multi-utility boards, and clipboards, as well as home and living goods, key holders, magnets, kitchen and dining pieces, kids and baby essentials, and over 150 DIY craft kits including bookmarks, puzzles, jewellery, and clocks.

The shop accepts Cash on Delivery and credit card payments. Prepaid orders are dispatched within 48 hours, while COD orders are confirmed manually via WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery can take up to 10 working days. Return or exchange requests must be raised by email within 48 hours of receipt, with customers self-shipping the items. Refunds are issued as store credit for damaged or defective products and processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch and only within 12 hours of placement; personalized products cannot be cancelled or refunded. The site also offers a corporate gifting service.
